The Applications Analyst supports complex and critical business processes, systems and clients. The Applications Analyst is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and development of the software and applications among the various clinical/business systems at CHA as well as new system implementations. Application support includes but is not limited to Epic Resolute, Meditech BAR and other software systems. The Analyst will be responsible for managing projects and applications including the review and assessment of specifications for new applications, interfaces, and design modifications requested by users. Expectations: The analyst will be required to participate in the On Call coverage to supply 24/7 support to our users. Analyst will need to travel among campuses to provide support to customers.
This position requires general project management skills, QA/Testing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently. Must be able to work well in a highly matrixed environment, and work well with internal customers and multiple software vendors. Must be comfortable working with clinical users, financial users and physicians. Requirements: Time management skills and excellent interpersonal and written skills required. At least 5 years of IT experience required, Epic Resolute required in either professional or hospital billing. Epic Resolute certification required. Must be able to work independently and odd hours when necessary.
