The Analyst supports complex registration workflows, business processes, systems and clients. The Applications Analyst is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and development of EPIC software. Application support includes but is not limited to EPIC Grand Central and all related third party software and processes. Expectations: The analyst will be required to participate in the On Call coverage to supply 24/7 support to our users. Analyst will need to travel among campuses to provide support to customers.
This position requires general project management skills, QA/Testing skills, and the ability to work i n a fast-paced environment independently. Must be able to work well in a highly matrixed environment, and work well with internal customers and multiple software vendors. Must be comfortable working with clinical users, financial/patient access users. Requirements: Time management skills and excellent interpersonal and written skills required. At least 5 years of IT experience required and a strong knowledge of EPIC Grand Central coupled with a strong understanding of registration workflows. EPIC Cadence and Prelude experience a strong desire for this applicant.Bachelor's degree in health care related field, Information Systems or Business Management. At least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area as an Application Analyst or similar experience in a healthcare related I.T. position.
