  • Internal Finance Team concentrating on provider (physician and physician assistant) compensation, reporting to the Physicians Organization Chief Administrative Officer.  Interacts with multiple layers and multiple departments, both clinical and non-clinical within the organization.

    The Provider Compensation Analyst will assist the Finance Manager in providing financial support services to the administrative and operating leadership of Cambridge Health Alliance in the area of provider compensation.  Essential functions will include developing and maintaining provider compensation models, as well a providing supporting materials and context for payroll and benefits implementation, accrual, forecasting and budgeting activities performed by other internal teams.  The role is responsible for the administration of the compensation programs.  Routine functions include maintaining data on provider productivity and compensation reporting, direct communication with service line administration regarding productivity, program implementation and compensation, and communication with Human Resources, Contracting and Payroll to operationalize provider payroll.  The role will also support the development of various ad hoc analyses as required including but not limited to researching, analyzing and preparing reports on production, compensation, compliance and related industry tends.

    Qualifications: Bachelors required masters preferred but not essential.  This position requires strong quantitative skills and a strong, preferably advanced knowledge and level of expertise of spreadsheets and complex databases.  The position also requires a high degree of professionalism, strong communication skills and the ability to work with people across several functions and levels in the organization.
