Summary:
The Clerk Aide performs clerical and administrative duties as assigned or required by the unit workload. Serves as an informational resource for non-clinical information for patients, visitors, physicians and other CHA personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares accurate statistical reports when directed by the supervisor.
• Coordinates and completes special projects as assigned.
• Keeps supervisor advised of any backlog or problem.
• Must always follow the policies and procedures as set forth by the management.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Other information:
High school graduate or GED equivalent. Keyboarding skills along with specialized training in billing procedures. Microsoft & Google Apps knowledge required
Work Experience:  strong experience in office support
