As a member of the Accounting team, this position will contribute to the timely and accurate reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, the development of audit worksheets; work as a team to complete a variety of monthly financials schedules; meet with people in the organization to review financial schedules.

Job Duties:

To achieve a high level of performance as measured by monthly and year-end reconciliations, the timely and accurate posting of journal entries, the timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statements and various other monthly financial reports, and to contribute to the overall productivity of the Accounting departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in accounting, CPA
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to work as part of a team, and to take on various responsibilities while being able to multitask and prioritize.
  • Systems thinker with the ability to develop and implement efficiencies
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Experience with MS Access
