CHA Information Technology department is seeking an experienced and motivated Meditech MM/AP analyst to support the daily operations of the inventory/supply chain and purchasing departments. CHA is migrating from Meditech to the Jaggaer purchasing/inventory system in 2022. The analyst will be trained on the new system and participate in the implementation and future support of Jaggaer

Job Duties:

Work closely with operational counterparts to provide day-to-day support of the Meditech AP and MM modules while reporting directly to the Sr. Director of I.T. Applications.

Lead technical analyst providing build and access support in Meditech including regular priority packs and vendor updates.

Maintain and support multiple edi and file transfer processes to third party vendors including electronic payment files to banks.

Create and support NPR reports for MM/AP

Support the transition to the Jaggaer system; provide historical Meditech technical knowledge to assist in decision-making and future state designs.

Support the Meditech integrations with Jaggaer; eventually attain proficiency in the Jaggaer system and provide technical support.

Create and maintain technical and training documentation

Participate in an on call rotation after 6 months.

Qualifications:

4+ years supporting Meditech client server MM/AP

Bachelors degree in I.T., health care, or supply chain related field or equivalent work experience.

Meditech NPR certified.

Additional Meditech module experience including GL, PR, etc a plus.

    Ability to work independently and remotely
