Application Analyst IV 

CHA Information Technology department is seeking an experienced and motivated Infor analyst to support the daily operations of Payroll Department. Candidates must be able to work effectively while remote, both independently and as part of the larger I.T. project team.

Job Duties:

Work closely with operational counterparts in the Payroll department as part of the I.T. Infor support team providing day-to-day support of the Payroll and Absence modules while reporting directly to the Sr. Director of I.T. Applications. 

Serve as Lead technical analyst providing build and support in Infor including monthly CUs and other vendor updates. Leverage Infor technical experience to assist in decision-making and future state designs. Identify and implement process improvement initiatives as discovered. Support integrations with third party vendors such as MHC and Ansos Time and Attendance. Create and maintain technical and training documentation for both internal IT resources and operational staff.

Candidates should have experience with Configuration Console and be comfortable performing ISD uploads. They should possess strong data analysis skills and be able to fulfill report requests. Birst experience is a plus. 

Provide support for third party software and hardware including MHC, Kinsey, and Ansos Time and Attendance. Participate in an on call rotation after 9 months


3+ years supporting Lawson/Infor Payroll (GHR Payroll preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance or equivalent work experience.
Strong time management and written/verbal communication skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines
