  • 1. Assist with the administration of compensation programs, such as contract implementations for union employees. 2. Assist with compensation analysis utilizing existing tools; (ie. Salary surveys, compensation databases, job documentation) to ensure market competitiveness of jobs and internal equity 3. Support HR teams with data analysis needs. This includes running reports, special projects, data mining and formulaic calculations as needed. 4. Conduct salary and other administrative HR audits periodically or as requested. 5. Complete compensation surveys, including annual healthcare surveys and applicable ad hoc surveys 6. Consult with and assist Compensation Manager as needed with analyzing new and revised job descriptions. Assist with and support non-union merit increase program administration. 7. Support Labor Relations Team with costing of union contract proposals, salary administration and creation of salary scale worksheets as needed. 8. Support Employment team by interfacing with Position Manager to enter salary range and demographics data as needed. Troubleshoot the Position Manager system as needed. 9. Act as the key resource on the Performance Manager function including entering in new job descriptions, assisting in the completion of Performance Appraisals with management team, and being a subject matter expert on the system. 10. Administer Sign-On, Referral Bonus, and Miscellaneous bonus programs. Working in tandem with the Employment team to ensure bonuses are paid out properly. 11. Work with the Physician Organization Compensation team to implement Physician salary changes on an ad hoc basis or as per organizational needs. 12. Verify contractual step increases and other salary adjustments for all salary contracts. Also verify PPG data entry for new hires and transfers. 13. Act as backup to Compensation Manager and Compensation Specialist as needed. 14. Perform other duties as assigned. 


    1 to 3 years' prior compensation and/or related human resource experience is required with a high level of customer interaction in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

    Excellent skills in Microsoft Office software applications. 

    Knowledge of Google Apps a plus.
