Plans and performs large scale quantity cooking which can include meats, vegetables, fish, hot and cold salads, soups, sauces, gravys, eggs, cakes, desserts, and breads using a variety of preparation and cooking methods.
May also supervise or perform duties less skilled in nature relating to food preparation and storage such as, but not limited to: cleaning and sanitizing work stations, food preperation equipment, and food storage equipment such as coolers or racks.
High School Diploma/G.E.D
Culinary School Certification preferred
(4) Years of food service experience in a hospital preferred
