  • Provides support to the department of food and Nutritional Services by completing food service and sanitation tasks as assigned Communicates difficulties to immediate supervisor for assistance in resolution . Maintains kitchen and storage facilities to meet/exceed sanitary conditions; maintain internal quality assurance and food safety audit process (including HACCP requirements). . Assists with tray assembly and accuracy to achieve unit patient satisfaction standards. Qualifications Communication and Influence: Requires verbal communication skills to convey information. . Technical Knowledge: Must know how to use and clean kitchen and dish room equipment. Must know how to safely utilize cleaning chemicals. .
