Tufts University Family Medicine Residency Program at Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is recruiting a core faculty member to be our Director of Maternity education.
Cambridge Health Alliance is nationally recognized for primary care transformation and care innovation for diverse underserved patient populations. Our obstetric service is at The Cambridge Hospital, a community hospital without an OB/GYN residency program. Integrated all-employee physician's organization with excellent specialty coordination is supported by Epic EMR, linking to many Boston area hospitals.
The Director will oversee the obstetric rotations, lead the maternity education & didactics, and provide oversight for prenatal care in the family medicine center. The Family Medicine Center is NCQA Level III and recognized as a pioneer in the Clinic First model of training with a robust collection of care partners. Join a cohort of 8 other delivering family medicine faculty physicians and more than 20 providing prenatal care.
Ideal Candidate will be full time, ABFM Board Certified, and deemed competent in low risk obstetrics (minimum experience 80-100 deliveries). Teaching and prenatal group visit experience is preferred.
