    Job Purpose:

    The purpose of this position is to assist in the development, implementation, and endurance of practice enterprise best practices across primary care. The position works closely with all service line leaders, managers, providers and staff to identify and spread best practices as standard work for a care team. This includes assuring that Primary Care successfully fulfills the requirements of NCQA as part of ongoing operations and assists the site leadership teams in the completion of necessary audits and attestations.

    Qualifications: 

    Master's Degree in health or management related field strongly preferred, B.A. required. Demonstrated program or project management experience required. Demonstrated understanding of the ambulatory practice management environment. Positive communication, customer focus and interpersonal skills. Congenial and able to maintain positive working relationships. Proficient decision making, process management, problem solving and time management skills. Solutions oriented with creative problem-solving and strong critical thinking skills. Able to manage multiple demands and projects simultaneously. Able to present information in articulate, organized and professional manner.
