  • Provide a broad range of administrative tasks for the Senior Vice President and Senior Medical Director including preparing agendas, letters, memos, proof-reading material, preparing presentations, and transcribing meeting minutes. Responsible for all aspects of calendar management; extremely active and complex calendars with broad attendee groups in various locations. Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion often with time sensitive deadlines. Effectively communicates directly, and on behalf of the Senior Vice President and Senior Medical Director, with CHA Leadership, external agencies and organization. Interacts with CHA Government Affairs, Massachusetts Division of Insurance, and Health Policy Commission on various state funded projects. Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, including the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Handles confidential matters concerning a broad range of business matters, including, but not limited to, clinic policies, practices, financial, compensation, and employment related information, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times. Records minutes of Committee meetings as requested. Maintains governance documents, team sites, and files including those related to committees, quality assurance, strategic planning, bylaws, personnel, compensation, and finance, etc. Informs the Executive Team for operational problems. Determines actions necessary in team's absence and handles matters not requiring executive disposition. Attends meetings and reports on action items, as requested. Gathers information and develops summaries, as requested. Develops and implements office procedures

    Qualifications:

    AS degree required, BS degree preferred. Five years of experience supporting Senior Level Executives, preferably in a non-profit organization. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio).Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners. Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability. Highly resourceful team-player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
