Job Duties:
Performs a variety of general maintenance; preventative maintenance; repairs and construction duties in across the Alliance.
Qualifications:
Equivalent to 4 years of High School vocation training. Must be mechanically inclined
Healthcare experience preferred. Must hold technical license to applicable trade or field of expertise
Work Experience: Must have advanced experience working with electricity, plumbing, HVAC,
Locksmith, painting, and carpentry fields respectively. Holds current license in respective field
