Job Purpose:
The Hospital Aide II knows and understands the philosophy, objectives, policies and procedures of Nursing Service. Under the supervision of the professional nurse, the Hospital Aide provides basic nursing care to assigned patients. We are currently seeking experienced Hospital Aides to join our Hospital in our Float Pool. In this role, you will provide patient care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will also maintain a clean and safe patient care environment.
Qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
1 year of experience required. Acute care experience is preferred or Nursing student with a minimum of 1 clinical rotation
American Heart Association BLS certification required
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
