    Job Duties:

    Presents material in a clear and concise manner, adapting presentation to meet the audience needs.

    Responds to questions and concerns in a timely manner

    Develops comprehensive training material following departmental standards to meet the needs of the audience and the goals of the organization

    Coordinates various aspects of the training process, such as logistics, scheduling, equipment and attendance

    Implements training programs for all level of staff across the CHA environment

    Assesses the skills of trainees, providing feedback to individual and his/her manager as necessary and written documentation to Director of IT Education as requested

    Evaluates program effectiveness via class evaluations and personal assessment of the process

    Collaborates with IT Analysts to: Identify and analyze how the CHA systems are being utilized and where improvement is possible, participate in the evaluation and assessment of software to be utilized by CHA staff and act as a technical resource for trouble shooting and evaluating software and system related problems/issues

    Identifies educational needs around implementing technologies and analyzes the training needs of CHA staff and related clinicians

    Identifies and report out on issues surrounding implementation

    Communicates changes and progress to those involved in projects in a timely and professional manner

    Completes projects according to established timelines while managing multiple priorities and commitments

    Qualifications:

    Education/Training:

    Bachelors degree in education, computer science, business, or a healthcare related field

    Strong computer and presentation skills

    Experience with Epic EMR is preferred; Preferred experience with Healthy Planet

    Experience in dealing with clinical staff strongly preferred

    Work Experience:

    2+ years experience in a clinical and/or administrative healthcare setting strongly preferred

    1+ year in a training position
