Annual needs assessment of managers:
o Interdisciplinary learning needs for managers
o Priority training needs for frontline staff
Developing and piloting new content delivery methodologies
Working on potential learning collaborations (e.g. with unions and community partners)
Strategic planning for workforce development including grants for pipeline programs
Collaboration with Labor and Employee Relations to address the needs of identified departments and individuals
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Five years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs.
Healthcare experience preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Strong presentation skills.
Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives, and workforce development strategies.
Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs
Experience working with learning management system (LMS) and experience in adult learning, curriculum development, performance measurement, and needs assessment.
