Job Purpose: In Accordance with CHA policies and procedures, federal and state regulations, professional standards of care, and APTA guidelines and code of ethics, the physical therapist evaluates and treats patients primarily in the inpatient acute care setting with potential opportunities to care for patients in the Elder Service Plan and/or home care settings. Participates in performance improvement, completes all documentation and administrative duties appropriately, assists in the orientation of new staff/coop students, and serves as a clinical instructor to PT students at least annually. Essential job functions are focused on quality care, service excellence, safety, cultural competence, and performance improvement.
Qualifications/Experience: MA PT licensure and AHA BLS certification required; 1 year inpt acute care experience preferred, new grads considered
