  • Job Duties:

    1. Implement the Sexual and Reproductive Health counseling and education programs grant compliance activities. 2. Coordinate training for all new and existing program staff and conduct training as appropriate and in collaboration with staff supervisors, to ensure standardized understanding of SRH procedures across all SRH staff. 3. Provide appropriate ongoing staff development activities to promote and sustain patient-centered sexual and reproductive health programs, with particular focus on quality and health and reproductive equity. 4. Work with Director, Clinical Director, and supervisors to develop and implement strategies to continuously improve integration of SRH staff and workflows into their clinic, school and community settings to ensure effective communication and service to patients and clients. 5. Facilitate the process of updating program work-plans in compliance with CHA and funders' standards. 6. Ensure appropriate implementation and reporting of all activities associated with each program work-plan. 7. Oversee grant program reporting in compliance with funders' standards. 8. Manage the collection and maintenance of statistical information for programs and partners; 9. Develop quarterly and ad-hoc presentation of SRH activities and data to various stakeholders, including senior leadership, CHA committees, schools and clinic partners, or others. 10. Participate in the development and implementation of Quality Improvement activities for both programs. Participate on the SRH Quality Committee. 11. Act as a resource to other CHA staff, as well as the community, for information about sexual and reproductive health. 12. Assist Director in identifying and developing appropriate strategies for integration of the Cambridge, Somerville, Malden, Revere, and Everett sexual and reproductive health programs/services. 13. Represent CHA in work with community organizations. Identify roles and delegate representation of program supervisors


    1) College degree required, master's degree in public health, or related field preferred. 2) Minimum of two to three (2-3) years previous grants management experience and demonstrated ability to train others. 3) Experience in a health care or human services setting preferably in family planning, women's health, or adolescent services. 4) Experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation. 5) Experience working collaboratively with community organizations and partners, particularly in a multicultural setting. 6) Excellent written and oral communication, including experience developing presentations. 7) Experience presenting data and analyses to various audiences. 8) Experience and understanding of health equity concepts, including racial and social justice. 9) Knowledge of a second language helpful (Portuguese, Spanish, or Haitian Creole)
