We are an OB/GYN practice with a multidisciplinary team consisting of MD's, CNM's, NP's and RN's caring for a diverse population with OB and GYN needs. We provide care to women of all ages in a culturally competent environment. The RN is an essential member of the clinical team, allowing for delivery of affective and safe care to our patients and families.
Job Purpose: Ability to function in an innovative multi-cultural environment that provides support to OB/GYN providers in the ambulatory setting which consist of several OB/GYN sites located in Cambridge, Somerville and Revere. Responsibilities included but are not limited to telephone triage, patient assessment, patient and family teaching, assisting with procedures, NST's, lab tracking and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements: Graduation from an NLN accredited school of nursing. BSN required for newly hired RN candidates or within one year from date of hire. Licensure: Current MA RN Licensure. A minimum of 2 years current/recent OB/GYN ambulatory (outpatient clinic) experience strongly preferred. AHA BLS required.
