1.Collaborates with end user, SMEs and stakeholders, to identify and analyze the ongoing knowledge, skills and competencies required, refining and understanding program emphasis and expected outcomes. 2.Collaborates with IT Analysts, to identify and analyze how the CHA systems are being utilized and where improvement is possible. 3.Participates with IT Training Specialists & Analysts in the evaluation and assessment of software to be utilized by CHA staff. 4.Collaborates with IT Analysts as a technical resource for trouble shooting and evaluating software and system related problems/issues. 5.Identifies educational needs around implementing technologies. 6.Identifies and analyzes the training needs of CHA staff and related clinicians.7.Material Develops comprehensive e-learning and training material in a clear and concise manner and following departmental standards. 8.Curriculum develops e-learning and training curriculums to meet the needs of the audience and the goals of the organization. 9.Tools Utilizes Lectora, Captivate, Camtasia and Firefly to develop curriculums and creates tools and test environments for use during trainings 10.Develops, and structures learning objectives, and builds learning activities/exercises/interactions that are relevant to the business, easily transferable, engaging, and impactful Development. 11.Coordinates various aspects of the training process, such as logistics, scheduling, equipment and rollout. 12.Assessments develops training assessments that measure the skill of a user before and after training. 13.Creates storyboards, writes narrative scripts and determines instructional strategies and media elements to be utilized in courses 14.Implements training programs for all level of staff across the CHA environment. 15.Presents material in a clear and concise manner, adapting presentation to meet the audience needs. 16.Responds to questions & concerns in a timely manner.
Education/Training 1. Masters preferred or Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, computer science, business, or a healthcare related field 2. Strong computer skills 3. Working knowledge of SCORM standards and Section 508 requirements 4. Experience working with a Learning Management System, Healthstream preferred 5. Experience using e-learning authoring tools (specifically Lectora & Captivate, Camtasia) 6. Experience with CHA system software is desirable (EPIC, Google, Microsoft) 7. Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles Work Experience: 9+ years experience in a clinical and/or administrative healthcare setting strongly preferred. 6+ years experience in e-learning development strongly preferred. 3+ years demonstrated project management experience strongly preferred. 6+ years in a training position strongly preferred.
