Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA), a nationally recognized, award-winning health system is seeking a full-time board certified Emergency Physician leader to join our exceptional physician group and leadership team for an exciting new opportunity as the Site Chief of our Cambridge Emergency Department and Somerville Urgent Care Center. The Cambridge Health Alliance Department of Emergency Medicine staffs two community Emergency Departments and one Urgent Care department located in the Greater Boston area offering varied practice environments. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding and innovative care to a diverse patient population. Our team of Physicians and Physician Assistants serve approximately 110,000 patients annually across the three sites and have led us to become a national model for patient flow and patient experience.  As a Harvard Medical School teaching affiliate, we offer ample teaching opportunities with medical students and residents.

We are looking for a dedicated physician leader who excels clinically, can lead in operations, quality and patient safety, and is willing to grow professionally.
