Summary:

The Children’s Health Initiative is looking for an experienced child and adolescent clinician to join our grant-funded interdisciplinary SafetyNet team at CHA. We are studying the cost effectiveness of intervening earlier to support youth and families struggling with barriers to accessing mental health care, particularly in situations involving childhood trauma, mental health disorders, and substance use. Our innovative approach combines pediatric integrated care delivery in primary care clinics, with key elements of systems-of-care, including:strength-based, multidisciplinary team assessments, individualized community-based care plans, and youth and family voice  

Other Information:

• Master's level clinician;
• Licensure: Current MA licensure as an Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker(LICSW) 
• At least 3 years experience as a child and adolescent mental health clinician, post-training Familiar with both care delivery in outpatient medical settings, and in community based systems of care for children
