The Assistant Manager position supports the daily operations of the Health Alliance Federal Credit Union, combining responsibilities of the Member Services Representative with additional managerial duties. Under the guidance of the Credit Union Manager, this role ensures smooth functioning of operations, member satisfaction, compliance, and reporting. This role will also act as a key liaison in the Manager's absence.

Qualifications: 

  • A college degree and/or equivalent experience in a Credit Union or Financial Institution is preferred. 
  • Proficiency in financial systems, reporting, and compliance is required. 
  • A second language is advantageous, and the candidate should exhibit professionalism and a commitment to outstanding member service.
