The Benefits Coordinator provides benefits administration for the Cambridge Health Alliance by providing quality benefit administration to the department managers, candidates and staff.

Key Responsibilities: 

Reviews and troubleshoots all integration file error reports and works with carriers as needed

Assists with file room management

Manage terminations, including reviewing dates and communication with managers when necessary

Monthly invoicing review, processing and logging 

Manages new hire benefit packages

Conducts new physician orientations

Assists employees with online benefits enrollments and answering benefit related questions

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's preferred

Office experience is preferred.

Human Resources benefits administration experience is a plus.

Experience with computer applications such as word processing, excel and PowerPoint is required. Presentation skills a plus.
