Position Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated per diem Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic outpatient rehabilitation team at our state-of-the-art CHA One Cabot Care Center in Medford, MA. This facility, which opened in June 2025, features 56,000 square feet of modern clinical space and houses a wide variety of specialty services, including Outpatient Rehab, Orthopedics, Primary Care, Occupational Health, Radiology, Pharmacy, and an onsite Procedure Suite. Amenities for CHA staff include shuttle service from the Wellington T station, ample parking, as well as access to the building gym, café, and outdoor patio space.
As a PTA, you will work one-on-one with patients in an environment grounded in evidence-based practice, manual therapy techniques, and skilled neuromuscular interventions. You will play a key role in delivering personalized rehabilitative care and supporting patients in their recovery and functional goals.

Qualifications
• Education: Physical Therapist Assistant degree
• Licensure: Valid Massachusetts PTA license
• Certification: American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider certification
