Position Description:
- Full-time opportunity at the CHA Department of Dental Medicine in Cambridge.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday with shared on-call duties for nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Broad-Scope Practice: Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventive, restorative, removable/fixed prosthetics, endodontics, oral surgery, and emergency services.
- Collaborative Environment: Work with all staff and peers to maintain an exceptional level of care.
- Academics and Community: Candidates should possess an interest in academics and participating in a clinical learning environment. CHA is a teaching site for the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, with opportunities to engage in community oral health initiatives, research, and advocacy.
Qualifications:
- Eligible for a full dental license in Massachusetts (limited licenses not accepted); board certification not required.
- Excellent clinical and communication skills, strong work ethic.
- Demonstrated commitment to serving a socioeconomically diverse, multicultural patient population
- Demonstrated commitment to dental education, teaching, and scholarship.
CHA offers a competitive compensation and benefits package commensurate with experience, including a guaranteed base salary range of $190,000-$215,000, health and dental, generous paid time off, CME time and dollars, and more.
