Under the general guidance of Department Leadership and following established CHA protocols, the successful candidate will deliver high-level administrative support and manage various office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee data management and information systems, including data entry, cleansing, and report generation.

  • Exhibit effective project management capabilities and relevant experience.

  • Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring messages are adapted for specific individuals and audiences.

  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple detailed projects and adjust priorities as needed.

  • Operate with initiative and self-direction while contributing to a collaborative team environment for optimal results.

  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure the timely completion and follow-through of all assignments.

  • Manage time-sensitive tasks effectively and consistently meet established deadlines.

  • Successfully navigate a high-volume office setting through teamwork and flexibility within a complex hospital framework.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Associates degree required; administrative experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.  Relevant experience may be substituted for a degree. 

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative assistant role is required.

  • Proven ability to work both autonomously and as a collaborative team member.

  • Adept at interacting professionally with diverse clients, colleagues, and leadership across CHA.

  • Capability to produce concise, thorough notes and communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.

  • Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
